⭐The Softly Inspired Summer School⭐
For Women Who Want to Be Heard
Come and connect.
Learn at your own pace and time this summer.
Open mid-July to End of August
What if, by the end of summer, speaking about your business felt natural and easy?
If you are a women in business who wants to speak with more confidence and clarity then this is for you. Well cover topics such as effective introductions, making your talks more engaging and getting your message across with confidence.
This relaxed learning space is designed to fit around summer life – family holidays, days out, and all the juggling. Dip in when you can, skip a week if you need to, and catch up later. You’ll have access to the group (and me) through the summer, with support and answers as you go. You’ll even be able to catch up with training after we officially close.
By the end, you’ll feel more confident speaking about your business – with clearer words, stronger introductions, and simple ways to sound more natural and persuasive. Whether it’s networking or a guest talk, you’ll be ready.
“For anyone wanting help with elevator pitches and shining a light on your business with what you say, I’d absolutely recommend Julie Kenny at Softly Inspired”
“I felt I was always waffling. I also really struggled with my confidence with speaking in front of anyone, but Julie has shown me that I can boost myself by having a clear plan of what to say.”
“I think my talk in Belfast was one of the best I’ve delivered – it had great impact
Highly recommend Julie”

Do you wish that you could be as confident speaking about what you do as you are actually doing it? As a shy introvert who hated any form of public speaking, that’s how I felt for years.
As I went on my journey from cowering to confident I learnt that many of my fears were simply a lack of skills. I also discovered that speaking about ourselves and our expertise often calls for something more. Recognising our inner brilliance, the impact we make on those around us and building inner confidence, all takes work. The answers are not a one-size fits all, so I work with a range of tools and techniques that align with my clients to bring outcomes they need.
Having both run and spoken at business networking events, I’ve seen how powerful networking can be for a business but also how uncomfortable speaking about the business you have chosen, developed and nurtured can be too.
Over the period of this summer school I’ll be sharing a variety of trainings that will help you convey the confidence in your business each time you speak.
