Website access cannot always be guaranteed. Services and products are supplied in good faith and we take no liability for how these are used or the individual outcomes of services and products supplied.
Pricing and orders
We supply orders to the UK only and are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may arise from orders outside of the UK. All prices are inclusive of VAT if applicable.
We are not responsible for any bank charges incurred by payments from your account.
We take payments either using PayPal, or using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your personal details. Your payment details are not stored on our website.
Delivery times, cancellation and returns
Digital products: Digital download products and streamed videos purchased from this website will be automatically downloaded or streamed on confirmation of payment and cannot be returned or cancelled by you once payment is received.
Physical shipped products: Many items are made to order, expected production and delivery times will be confirmed within 24 working hours of receipt of the order.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. Returns are only accepted where items are faulty please email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to arrange. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return and returns are only accepted in their original state.
Coaching and speaking: Terms for services, including cancellation and amendments, can vary and will be agreed and sent by email prior to payment.
Online courses: Once an online course has been purchased you will be given access to that course and no refunds will be given unless that course is offered in instalments where partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for instalments not yet taken.
Memberships:Terms of any membership or subscription service will be agreed at time of purchase.
Cancellation by us: If for any reason we are unable to provide the agreed item or service we will communicate this to you and issue a full or partial refund as we deem appropriate. Any products or services partially delivered will be taken into account when refunds are calculated.
Issues with your order
If there are any issues with your order please email [email protected] as soon as possible and within 14 days of your order.
We will always make reasonable efforts to resolve issues as quickly and simply as possible.
Issues with online courses must be reported within 48 working hours and ideally within 24 hours.

Ownership: All content, including text, images, videos, graphics, and designs present on this Website, remains our property or property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
